Serving Our Shut-ins
It is important to spend time lifting the spirits of those who are possibly feeling unloved, neglected, or helpless, as God has told us to visit (orphans and) widows in their distress (James 1:27). We want them to know how much we love and appreciate them!
A volunteer commits to a monthly visit.Also, sending cards and making phone calls
are a welcomed bright spot in their day.
