Tapestry of Darkness
A Cantata for Holy Week

Join us for a unique and reverent hour-long Tenebrae service with choir and orchestra. Tapestry of Darkness explores the last hours of our Savior's life and His sacrifice for us. Beautiful lamenting yet hopeful music, readings from the gospels, and the gradual extinguishing of candles represent the flight of the disciples, the approach of the dark hate of Jesus' enemies, and the Passion of the Christ - his death and burial. Communion will be served during the service and congregants will be dismissed in silent reflection, as an act of reverent worship for the sacrifice Jesus made for us.
