Chris Matsuoka

Chris Matsuoka started attending 1BL in October 2009.  He’s currently a Senior at Biola University, where he is pursuing a Christian Education degree. He hopes to be a youth pastor some day, and is appreciative of the hands on experience that 1BL has to offer. He loves building relationships and helping people, typically assuming a big brother role with the people that he interacts with.

Chris enjoys most sports, particularly basketball, Ultimate Frisbee, and volleyball. He plays guitar and enjoys spending time with friends. Over the years, he has come to the conclusion that his official hobby is "learning". Chris really enjoys getting to know new people, and, though he’s shy at first, he’s a compulsive sharer at heart
