Barnabas International ministers to people in ministry, providing encouragement to missionaries and national church leaders overseas. Charley and Cheryl focus on Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. On the field since 1987, they have lived in England (1987—1991), Odessa, Ukraine (1991—1999), and are now based in Vienna, Austria. They also assist in the development of theological education in Eurasia. As new missionaries are being sent out from Eastern Europe to other countries, they are helping develop member care for these emerging mission movements.
