Mark and Sopheaktra are passionate about serving the poor in Cambodia and sharing with them the love of Christ.  Mark wears several “hats” with these two organizations.  He is in a coaching role for iTeams, which is developing leadership qualities among Christian young people.  As Country Director for FH Cambodia, Mark will empower community leaders to serve the poor through village development plans, facilitate the teaching of Biblical truth, and develop partnerships committed to overcoming all forms of poverty (spiritual and physical).  FH is committed to local communities taking ownership and setting the pace; FH simply walks alongside and encourages them toward a better future.  Mark and Sopheaktra are grateful for God’s provision of a new house, and for the opportunity to open their home as a ministry to young women in vocational training.
