There’s never a dull moment being the assistant to three pastors…Dave Friese, Bill Zabel, and Rex Johnson. They keep me hoppin and laughing!

A busy wife and mother who thought it was fun raising five kids…until I became a grandma! Definitely enjoying life that has come full circle.
Describe a normal day...
Prayer before the feet hit the floor. Taking care of things around the house…then at work…then running, swimming, or biking after work; dinner with the family, sometimes over flash cards with one of my college students, and sometimes babysitting one of my sweet grands. Prayer as the eyes are closing.

College year– was awarded a scholarship for one year at Grand Rapids Community College. I moved to California

Beach or mountains?
Although I love a mountain hike, the beach is the perfect blend of my roots growing up near Lake Michigan and the California sunshine!
PC or Mac?
PC all the way! Productivity will slow considerably if a Mac is forced my way!
Morning or Evening Person?
Hmmm…I like ‘em both! My feet hit the floor running in the morning…but I love quiet evenings at home.
Sports or arts?
Arts, for sure! You will often find me behind a camera, creating greeting cards, scrapbooking, or in a trance at the end of a paintbrush.
Creative or administrative?
Creative.
Italian Food or Mexican Food?
Authentic fish tacos or spaghetti…I can’t decide! They both get my full attention when they’re around.
