Graduated from Long Beach City College in 1970. Started working and in 1979 began attending Cal State Long Beach part time. Graduated in 1982 with a degree in Human Resources Management and Instructional Media.

Actively involved at Calvary Baptist Church in North Long Beach. Liz and I were raising 2 children; Kimberly and baby Jeff.

Bringing leadership, encouragement and community to First Impressions Ministry; serving communion and sharing memories with our shut-ins; visiting our sick and hospitalized.
Describe your family...
I am blessed to have an entire family of believers. For fun we enjoy parlor games, laughter, and memories.
Describe a normal day...
Making coffee; prayer and devotion; plethora of administrative activities; workout at 24 Hour Fitness; quiet time; TV.

Beach or mountains?
Beach-love the sand, ocean, watching people having fun.
PC or Mac?
PC-That’s all I have ever used.
Morning or Evening Person?
Evening-relax; be with my wife Liz and puppy dogs, Nesha and Pippin.
Sports or Arts?
Sports-College football; Dodger baseball; family Trac ball.
Creative or administrative?
I prefer creative but also enjoy and spend most of my time in administrative.
Italian Food or Mexican Food?
Mexican with Italian an extremely close second.
Randoms...
Most embarrassing moment:
1966, returning home from Vietnam, in uniform, standing in a seat assignment line at San Francisco International Airport, being waved at by some girls in a Souvenir/Gift Stand on my left, waving back, getting my seat assignment and turning to the right and realizing those girls were actually waving at the person standing next to me; Singer Pat Boone.
One thing about the staff people don’t realize:
The total support and camaraderie that exists at all levels to produce and be the church God wants us to be.

If you had to do one other job in a field outside of your own, what would it be:
Steam Train Conductor/Main Street Vehicle Driver at Disneyland . . . Oh wait . . . I did that!
