In 25 words or less…
Describe your job…
I am in charge of creating and bringing together the videos produced for MSM, as well as the photos of events. I also get to help lead a small group, and talk with the coolest 8th grade guys around every week.
Describe your family…
Crazy, loud, big, hilarious, good cooks, encouraging, frustrating, wonderful. Mom. Dad and Stepmom, little sister. My friends are also considered family, and they act like it too.
Describe a normal day…
I am not a normal person, so my days cannot be one either. wake up (hopefully early) and make breakfast. read, get ready, go to class. Edit pictures, email, laugh until I cry and have deep conversations with my amazing friends.
Choose One...
Beach or Mountains?
Mountains. Seriously, duh.
PC or Mac?
Hm, bug-related crashes or fine pieces of machinery. Mac.
Morning or Evening?
Morning, for two reasons.
1.) mornings are more likely to have fog.
2.) Breakfast.
Sports or Arts?
HA. Arts.
Creative or Administrative?
Creative. My brain is way too free-form to handle administrative work.
Italian food or Mexican food?
Do I really have to choose between two halves of myself? Golly, probably Mexican because it makes me think of my Grandma, whom I love.
Randoms…
Most embarrassing moment:
My very first audition for a play I was so nervous that I threw up all over the front desk workers and all of their neatly organized paperwork. I was so embarrassed that I hid in the bathroom stall for at least a half an hour. In the end, it all worked out. I got the part.
One thing about the staff people don’t realize:
We’re all aliens.
Favorite Color:
For many years I was in the school of “I don’t have a favorite color” but I actually think I do. It’s a weird color that’s hard to describe, but it’s a mustardy-green-goldy kinda color. Ask me in person, I’ll bring a paint swatch.
If you had to do one other job in a field outside of your own, what would it be:
Well, I want to make movies. If I had to do something else, I would want to be an organic farmer.
Everyone should read: Good news for Anxious Christians by Phillip Carey. Socks = Rocked.
Most played on your iPod right now:
DM Stith, Florence and the Machine, and Beyonce.
